Striped Fish

The Striped Fish collages were inspired by the sheepshead fish (Archosargus probatocephalus) my father caught in the waters near my parent's home on Sanibel Island, Florida. My mother, also an artist, often drew pictures of the fish my father brought home for supper. I also used an image of one of her drawings in some of my collages.
